Ronald Michael Arnaiz grew up in Idyllwild, a small mountain town above Palm Springs. His career in building began at the age of 14 with a local Contractor specializing in Custom homes, Log Cabins, High end Remodels and ground up building. Ron worked fulltime for the local Contractor for a number of years learning the trade and expanding his knowledge base. In 1994 Ron relocated to San Diego and began working as a Supervisor for a Local San Diego contractor. After several years in the field, Ron noticed a lack of individualized personal service clients received when dealing with larger corporations. It was then that he decided to branch out on his own to provide the experience for clients that the larger corporate industry could not provide.
Arnaiz Construction was founded in 2004. Ron started as a small home remodeling company with a focus on residential remodeling. His efforts have since expanded to Sustainable building, New Construction in addition to all types of home repair.
Arnaiz Construction has expanded by adding Creative Project Designers, Experienced Project Managers and some of the most competent Sub contractors that San Diego has to offer in the residential building market. Arnaiz Construction has maintained long lasting working relationships with all of its Sub Contractors since the start of the company in 2004. This is how Arnaiz Construction prides itself on being the best in the industry, having a team of professionals that know our game plan.
