Leucadia Sustainable Living

We can build your home the way you dreamt it. These owners knew exactly what they wanted, a home that was warm from the outside in, organized with the smallest of details in mind to ensure a healthy living environment. We removed part of the existing house and built a new addition with unique features that included both insulation and building materials that were sustainable. This project is proof that building green can be both healthy for your family and beautiful to live in.

Leucadia Beach House

The best compliment a contractor can get is when a customer requests additional work to be completed on their home. Thirteen years ago, Ron Arnaiz supervised the initial building of their beach house and made a lasting impression with the homeowners. Arnaiz Construction continues today to complete projects that include enclosed roof decks, outside showers and design features that represent the owners unique and personal input.

Cardiff Home Interior Finishes and Hardscape

With some projects, it is the finish work and innovative hardscaping that makes a home special. This project demonstrates our great finish work and extensive hardscape abilities. The home was built on a steep foundation leaving the hardscape a challenge we were excited to take on. These photos demonstrate the finished results of concrete built up for the best use of the property lines.
